Overview

This two-day programme is designed to provide participants with the capability to bring out the best in their team members and consistemtly achieve the teams objectives. On the first day of the programme, participants are introduced to team building, examine the key success and failure factors for teams and explore key aspects relating to the development of team effectiveness. On the second day, the programme utilises the DISC personality profile framework to provide an understanding of human behaviour and how this impacts on individual and team effectiveness in the organisational context. Participants will learn how to profile team members and utilise this to assign roles, enhance communication and interpersonal relationships, manage conflict proactively, all with a view to positively impact team performance.
